Empty Cleaner is designed as a proudly offline utility app. It functions entirely on your local device and does not collect, process, store, or transmit any user data.
Information Collection & Usage
Because the app is strictly an offline utility tool, we prioritize data isolation:
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect any personal identifier details (such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses).
- No Text Content Logging: Any text content input by the user to remove empty lines is processed entirely inside your device's memory (RAM) and is discarded immediately after cleaning. Nothing is ever sent to a server.
- No Crash Reporting or Analytics: The app does not integrate third-party analytics libraries or tracking platforms. Your usage logs never leave your phone.
Permissions Required
Empty Cleaner values minimalism. The app requires zero sensitive device permissions (such as Location, Camera, Contacts, or File Storage write access) to function. The only operation performed is accessing the system clipboard to paste text to be formatted and copying it back, which is triggered entirely by your manual command.
Children's Privacy
Since the application does not collect any data from anyone (including children under 13), it complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect or solicit any information from minors.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app is offline and does not notify you via network push, we recommend reviewing this policy periodically if you update the app via the Play Store. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
